Last Updated: August 19, 2025

The information, products, and services provided by Pet Grooming Snapshot for GHL ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") are intended for business owners, marketers, and agencies who wish to leverage GoHighLevel CRM tools and digital assets for the pet grooming and pet-care industry.

By accessing or using our website, snapshots, funnels, AI agents, prompts, or related digital assets, you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers outlined below.

1. Independent Provider — Not Official GoHighLevel Store

Pet Grooming Snapshot for GHL is an independent provider of GoHighLevel CRM snapshots and related services. We are not an official partner, employee, or reseller of GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) or any of its parent or partner companies. Our role is to provide custom-built, niche-focused solutions that help businesses implement GoHighLevel faster and more effectively.

Affiliate relationship: We participate in HighLevel's affiliate program. Some outbound links on this site to gohighlevel.com are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up, subscribe, or upgrade through them. This costs you nothing extra — HighLevel charges the same price whether you use our link or go to their site directly. For full details, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

2. Built with Industry Expertise

  • Our snapshots, funnels, and AI systems are designed in consultation with professional groomers and operators in the pet-care industry.
  • We continuously improve our products based on customer feedback, evolving best practices, and market changes.
  • Customers receive 1 year of free updates, delivered via email whenever improvements, optimizations, or new features are added.

3. No Guarantee of Specific Results

While our products are designed to enhance automation, lead generation, and customer engagement, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as:

  • Increased revenue or profit,
  • Client acquisition, retention, or conversions,
  • Compliance with industry-specific legal or regulatory requirements.

Results vary based on factors outside our control, including your business model, implementation, market conditions, and execution strategy.

4. No Veterinary, Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice

The content, prompts, and AI workflows we provide are for educational and business enablement purposes only. We are not a veterinarian and provide no veterinary, animal-health, or medical advice for any pet. Nothing we provide should be considered veterinary, financial, legal, or professional advice. Pet-safety, handling, breed suitability, and animal-health decisions are the sole responsibility of each grooming business and the pet's owner. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for any animal-health concern, and qualified professionals before making business, financial, or legal decisions.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that our snapshots, funnels, or AI tools are properly integrated into your GoHighLevel account.
  • You must ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including marketing, data protection, privacy, SMS/TCPA, animal-handling, vaccination, licensing, and consumer-protection regulations).
  • You are solely responsible for your own pet-safety, handling, vaccination requirements, liability, licensing, insurance, and consumer-protection compliance as a grooming business.
  • We are not liable for misuse, misconfiguration, or non-compliance arising from your implementation.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Some of our products may require integration with third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Google, or OpenAI APIs). We do not control these third-party providers and are not responsible for:

  • Service outages,
  • Changes in pricing or availability,
  • Policy or compliance changes.

You are responsible for maintaining your own third-party accounts and ensuring compliance with their terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Grooming Snapshot for GHL disclaims liability for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Business interruptions, data loss, or opportunity loss,
