Refund Policy

How refunds work on the Pet Grooming Snapshot and our other digital products, what is eligible, what is not, and the exact steps to raise a billing dispute.

Last Updated: August 19, 2025

At Pet Grooming Snapshot for GHL, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, including GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, funnels, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, and related assets. Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products made through Pet Grooming Snapshot for GHL are final and non-refundable.

Once a snapshot, funnel, prompt, or other digital asset is delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Billing Errors

Refunds are only available in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges — you were billed twice for the same product.
  • Incorrect charges — you were billed an incorrect amount.

If you believe you have experienced a billing error:

  • Contact us at within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Our team will review your case.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.

3. No Refunds for Usage or Dissatisfaction

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use or implement the digital product.
  • Dissatisfaction with features after delivery.

We encourage all customers to review our product demos or schedule a consultation before purchasing.
