How much does the GHL Customizer cost?

There are three one-time accounts: Bath & Brush at $127, Full Groom at $327 and Best in Show at $677. You pay once and keep lifetime access to that account. There is no monthly customizer fee.

What is the difference between the three accounts?

Bath & Brush covers the look: themes, UI kits, dark mode, layout, colors, logo and all 16 login designs. Full Groom adds the menu builder, announcements, sub-account self-service, the contact actions bar, dashboards and pipeline boards. Best in Show adds popups, notifications, calculators, floating widgets, leads into GoHighLevel and a white-label editor.

Is anything billed monthly after I pay?

Not by us. The customizer account is a single payment with lifetime access. You keep paying HighLevel for your own GoHighLevel plan as usual; that subscription is separate and nothing to do with this purchase.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

By card through Stripe Checkout. You fill in a short form here with your name and the email your login should go to, then Stripe takes the payment on its own secure page. We never see or store your card details.

When do I get my login?

Your login (email + temporary password) is emailed as soon as payment completes, usually within minutes and never later than 24 hours. The email holds your login email and a temporary password. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check spam, then contact us.

Do you need my GoHighLevel login to set it up?

No, and you should never send it. You install the account yourself by pasting one line into Agency Settings, Company, White Label, Custom JS. That takes about two minutes and we never need access to your GoHighLevel.

What do workspaces, saved templates and team members mean?

A workspace holds one complete setup, for example one brand or one client. Saved templates are designs you keep to reuse or switch between. Team members are extra people who can log in to your customizer account. Bath & Brush has 1 workspace, Full Groom 2 and Best in Show 3.

Can I move up to a bigger account later?

Contact us with your order email and we will tell you the current upgrade options for your account. Start with the account that covers what you need today; the design work you save stays in your account.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds follow the site-wide refund policy. Because every design can be tried live on these pages before you buy, please use the previews first so you know exactly what you are getting.

Do I need a particular GoHighLevel plan?

You need access to Agency Settings in a GoHighLevel agency account so you can paste the loader line into White Label, Custom JS. The look then applies to the sub-accounts opened through your white-label domain.
